What they're looking for
- Conduct training for leaders, managers, employees, People Partners, People: Specialists, Talent Partners, and other stakeholders
- Establish best practices for working within an organized case management: system (HR Acuity preferred) and ensure that we are leveraging data and insights from the system to inform our approach to employee relations
- Other projects as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree required; JD, MBA, or other Advanced Degree preferred
