What you'll do

  • Provide technical leadership and day-to-day customer support for tools: related to CATIA, DELMIA, ENOVIA and the 3DExperience PLM platform.

  • Support and troubleshoot the Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) and Bill: of Process (BOP) for Lucid’s AMP-2 factory.

  • Support AMP-2 manufacturing process planning, BOM creation, resource: allocation, and data validation using Delmia and related tools.

  • Ensure AMP-2 manufacturing data integration and synchronization between Lucid’s PLM, MES, and ERP systems.

  • Support the Engineering and Manufacturing change management processes within: PLM to maintain data integrity and traceability.

  • Deliver hands-on user support, issue resolution, and system troubleshooting for AMP-2 manufacturing teams.

What they're looking for

  • Develop and deliver user training, documentation and support for new and existing PLM tools and processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Lucid Engineering, IT, MES, ERP, ME, NPI: and other manufacturing teams to align PLM capabilities with business needs.
  • Act as an extension of the PLM team in a fast-paced, startup-like: manufacturing setting with the ability to work independently and autonomously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to: collaborate in a virtual setting.
