- + years of relevant experience with leadership experience (either managing or: a technical lead), and a demonstrated track record of growing engineers across levels
- Earns trust quickly: bringing the intelligence, empathy, and technical depth to go deep on architecture, flows, and tradeoffs alongside a sharp engineering team.
- Has worked on platforms before. SDKs, APIs, developer tooling, or frameworks experience are all relevant.
