Join our R&D Tech Hub in Warsaw We’re building a new R&D Tech Hub in Poland and are looking for people who want to make a real impact from day one. You’ll be part of a globally connected team, helping to shape the culture and ways of working at our new location.

What they're looking for

  • Drive a continuous improvement culture and promote the HelloFresh DNA.
  • You have led a team in an agile environment (5+ engineers), ideally within a cross-functional squad setup.
  • You bring 6+ years of hands-on backend development experience .
  • Deep experience building scalable microservices and event-driven systems: (e.g., Kafka), especially where correctness, idempotency, and data consistency are critical — such as order processing, payments, or other transactional domains.
