Developers and enterprises build on Claude through the Claude Platform. Our models are getting exponentially more intelligent, and our APIs and developer tools need to evolve just as quickly so developers can take advantage of that intelligence safely.
What you'll do
Lead a team of engineers to ship high quality work quickly, owning planning,: prioritization, delivery, and operational health
Partner with product to set your team's roadmap, and bring a strong point of view on what developers need
Talk to customers directly and turn what you learn into engineering priorities
Guide API design and architecture decisions for distributed systems that have to stay reliable as usage grows
Work closely with Research, Safeguards, Security, and go-to-market teams to: bring new model capabilities to developers safely
Recruit, coach, and grow strong engineers
What they're looking for
- Experience building agent infrastructure or products on top of LLMs
- Experience with identity, verification, access control, or trust and safety systems
