What you'll do
Lead and grow a multi-disciplinary team of Backend, iOS, Android, and Web: engineers, fostering a diverse and high-achieving environment.
Drive technical and product strategy by setting clear project goals, guiding: implementation choices, and ensuring your team hits group-level metrics.
Champion a learning culture through active mentorship, helping engineers and: emerging leaders accelerate their careers.
Scale our engineering practices by implementing processes and values that: improve team efficiency and code quality.
Maintain technical engagement by contributing to code reviews and technical: design, ensuring the health and observability of your team's systems.
Significant experience in people management , with at least 2 years spent: leading engineering teams through performance reviews and goal setting.
