What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary subject-matter expert and developer for Cloudflare’s O2C: and R2R technology stack (NetSuite, Zuora RevPro, Oracle Fusion).

  • Manage user provisioning, complex role-based access control (RBAC), and: security settings specific to billing approvals, journal entry (JE) limits, general ledger access, and revenue posting.

  • Manage application environments (e.g., Production vs. Sandbox/Release: Preview), ensuring alignment across all environments from both a data and release perspective to support safe testing of financial changes.

  • Monitor ongoing application performance and reliability, managing incident: workflows to ensure ticket SLAs for the Finance organization are consistently met, especially during critical month-end and quarter-end close periods.

  • Provide Tier 3 support and end-user enablement, serving as the ultimate: technical escalation point for financial system issues.

  • Act as the Subject-Matter Expert for integrations across the QTC, O2C, and: R2R lifecycles. Ensure the seamless flow of data (e.g., syncing closed-won opportunities to NetSuite/Oracle, passing billing data to Zuora RevPro, and ensuring subledger transactions map flawlessly to the GL).

What they're looking for

  • Minimum Experience: Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise systems development and administration, with a strong focus on Financial ERPs.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep, proven experience configuring, administrating, and developing in applications like NetSuite, Zuora RevPro, and Oracle Fusion Cloud (specifically O2C and R2R/GL modules) .
  • Integration & Development Skills: Strong understanding of system integration logic (REST/SOAP APIs) and data flows across Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report ecosystems. Experience with scripting languages native to the platforms (e.g., NetSuite SuiteScript) is highly preferred.
  • AI & Innovation Acumen: Familiarity with deploying, testing, or administering AI and machine learning features within SaaS platforms, specifically tailored to financial operations, journal anomaly detection, or cash application.
  • Audit & Compliance Acumen: Extensive experience working in a strict SOX-compliant public company environment. Highly comfortable managing quarterly access reviews, defining SoD for accounting operations, and defending system controls to audit teams.
  • Process-Oriented: A deep understanding of core Order-to-Cash (O2C), Revenue Recognition (ASC 606), and Record-to-Report (R2R) business processes, including global consolidations and the month-end close cycle.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to partner effectively with Finance/Accounting leadership and bridge the gap between technical architecture and financial outcomes.
