Thanks for your interest in Oklo! We are searching for an Environmental Policy & Compliance Analyst to join our environmental compliance team.
What you'll do
Research, analyze, and interpret Federal environmental laws, regulations, and guidance
Evaluate the policy implications of proposed legislation, regulations, and agency actions
Draft and revise Environmental Reports for NEPA and briefing materials
Support development of internal environmental technical processes and compliance frameworks
Track regulatory changes and assess risk, compliance gaps, and operational impacts
Assist with environmental permitting processes (air, water, waste, land use, etc.)
What they're looking for
- Support compliance with NEPA, NHPA, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and the Endangered Species Act
- Interface with regulatory agencies (e.g., NRC, DOE) to clarify requirements and respond to inquiries
- Review technical studies and consultant reports for accuracy and policy alignment
- Incorporate technical studies into NEPA documentation
