What you'll do
Serve as the enterprise administrator for the company’s EHS training program.
Develop and maintain the corporate EHS training matrix for all job roles and locations.
Coordinate the development and revision of EHS training content with subject: matter experts, regulatory specialists, and instructional designers.
Ensure all required training aligns with applicable federal, state, local, and company requirements.
Assign required training to employees through the Learning Management System (LMS).
Monitor training completion rates and proactively follow up with managers and employees to ensure compliance.
What they're looking for
- Experience with LMS platforms such as Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Workday Learning, SAP, or similar systems.
- Experience developing training matrices and compliance dashboards.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design processes.
- Familiarity with ISO 14001, 45001, 9001 and AS 9100 management system principles.
- Professional certifications such as Associate Safety Professional (ASP),: Certified Safety Professional (CSP), or Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) are a plus.
- Natural tendency towards challenging the status quo to find new and novel: ways to improve EHS management systems
- A person who leans into challenges instead of saying ‘no’ and walking away.
