The opportunity
Redwood is localizing a global battery supply chain that seamlessly integrates recovery, reuse, and recycling — keeping critical minerals in circulation and driving the energy transition. Founded in 2017, we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.
What you'll do
Participate in the end-to-end implementation of a new ERP platform, with: primary ownership of financial modules including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
Partner with Finance and Accounting SMEs to design and document workflows,: business processes, and system configurations that support accurate and efficient financial operations.
Collaborate closely with internal software development teams to translate: business requirements into technical solutions for in-house ERP modules.
Support the configuration and administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365: financials, including period-end close, accounting distributions, AP/AR processes, and related financial workflows.
Develop and maintain custom reports and data extracts to support financial: reporting and period-end validation.
Administer ERP security access controls including role design, user: provisioning, and segregation of duties compliance.
What they're looking for
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and configuration issues across financial: modules, coordinating with internal developers and business teams as needed.
- Support integrations between the ERP and adjacent systems such as WMS and TMS: as a secondary responsibility; technical integration development experience is a plus but not required.
- Document configurations, support procedures, and training materials; support: end-user guidance to enable business self-sufficiency.
- All other duties as assigned.
