What you'll do
Role one : Supporting our CTO, Matej Pfajfar and VP of Product Engineering, Steve Martin.
Role two: Supporting our VP of Platform Engineering, Tom Leitch and incoming General Manager of Fincrime.
🔴 You have experience working as an Executive Assistant for Engineering, or: Technology Leaders in a fast paced environment, and can operate as a strategic partner from day one. You have significant experience supporting senior leaders in a fast paced environment.
You thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable making decisions, solving: problems and navigating competing priorities.
You operate as a trusted partner to leaders, not just an administrator.
You have excellent judgement, strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
What they're looking for
- You build strong relationships and influence effectively across all levels of an organisation.
- You're experienced using Slack, (G Suite), AI and other modern workplace: tools, and are comfortable leveraging technology to work efficiently.
- Experience in scale up or similarly fast moving environments is highly desirable.
- You can commit to 2: 3 days a week in our London office (Shoreditch)
