What you'll do
Own end-to-end calendar management for the CEO, prioritizing time against: company goals, stakeholder needs, and leadership cadences; proactively resolve conflicts and protect prep, travel, and deep-work windows.
Partner closely with the Chief of Staff, Head of Office of the CEO, and other: EAs to ensure the CEO’s schedule reflects strategic priorities and that handoffs are seamless.
Plan and manage detailed domestic and international travel, including: itineraries, and logistics for board meetings, off-sites, and external appearances.
Build lightweight systems and documentation that improve executive workflows;: use modern productivity tools and AI to increase speed, quality, and reliability.
Serve as a high-judgment point of contact for internal and external: stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and representing the CEO’s office with professionalism.
Significant experience supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive with: complex, fast-changing schedules and priorities.
