The opportunity
As our Facilities & Maintenance Manager in Moss , you will own maintenance and facility operations for our production site, ensuring high technical availability of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.
What you'll do
Own maintenance and facility operations for the Moss site, ensuring equipment: reliability and operational continuity.
Define and coordinate preventive maintenance activities, maintenance schedules, and technical priorities.
Monitor KPIs across safety, quality, cost, productivity, and machinery: availability and drive continuous improvement.
Manage the maintenance and facility budget, ensuring effective cost control and resource planning.
Coordinate technical projects, including equipment installations, commissioning, and site improvements.
Manage external contractors and suppliers, ensuring work is delivered safely,: on time, and to agreed standards.
What they're looking for
- Work closely with Operations to troubleshoot technical issues, reduce: downtime, and improve equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety, fire safety, HACCP, and internal quality standards.
- Manage MRO spare parts, consumables, and tools required to maintain asset performance.
- Act as the main point of contact for maintenance and facility topics at the Moss site.
