What you'll do
Assist with the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and upgrade of: building electrical systems (120V–480V, 3-phase systems) under the guidance of senior technicians.
Support electrical infrastructure projects, including power distribution,: panel upgrades, machine installations, lighting systems, and equipment tie-ins.
Work closely with internal teams (Manufacturing, Engineering, EHS,: Production, IT) to help define electrical requirements and support project timelines.
Learn to read and interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams,: panel schedules, and construction drawings.
Assist in installing and modifying conduit systems, including bending conduit: (EMT preferred; rigid and flexible conduit experience a plus).
Support the sizing and selection of conductors, breakers, transformers, and: distribution equipment in accordance with NEC and local codes.
What they're looking for
- Help with equipment installations, including procurement support, layout: planning, power drops, disconnects, and energization.
- Manage and update electrical work orders through JIRA, prioritizing tasks based on guidance from supervisors.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local building code requirements.
- Support oversight of contractors performing electrical work, ensuring standards are met.
