What you'll do
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance tasks, and repairs on: warehouse equipment, including conveyor systems, forklifts, packaging machines, and other mechanical and electrical systems.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, troubleshoot issues, and implement: effective solutions to minimize downtime and productivity loss.
Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure compliance with safety: regulations and identify potential hazards or risks.
Collaborate with warehouse operations and logistics teams to schedule: maintenance activities, prioritize work orders, and coordinate equipment availability.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment: repairs, parts replacement, and maintenance schedules.
Source and procure necessary parts, tools, and supplies for maintenance and: repairs, ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained.
What they're looking for
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and machinery,: following manufacturer's guidelines and safety protocols.
- Conduct training sessions for warehouse staff on equipment operation,: maintenance best practices, and safety procedures.
