What you'll do
Maintain and repair HVAC support equipment on facilities systems including: chillers, boilers, RO/DI systems, process vacuum systems, air compressors, air handlers, condenser pumps, cooling towers, valves, pumps, filters, etc.
Perform inspections and repairs to site interior and exterior areas to: include walls, floors, fixtures, roofing systems, lighting, etc.
Assemble, install, repair and maintain pipes, fittings, heating, water, and: drainage systems according to specifications and plumbing codes
Present information statuses for all critical facility equipment
Perform hands-on disassembly, inspection, reporting, cleaning,: troubleshooting, reassembly, and testing of pumps and other mechanical equipment
Ensures the proper disposal of hazardous and controlled waste in compliance with regulations and guidelines
What they're looking for
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- + years of facilities maintenance experience
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical safety, pneumatic principles,: pipefitting, rotating machinery (pumps, air compressors, etc.), and mechanical fasteners is highly preferred
- Familiarity with Metasys or similar Building Automation Systems software
