What you'll do
Work with support teams on the implementation of material management: strategies, policies, and procedures to comply with the Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) Part 52.245-1 and the Defense Federal Acquisitions Regulation Supplement (DFARS) part 252.244-7001. This includes:
Develop processes that increase the efficiency (speed & elimination of waste): and effectiveness of Anduril North Carolina (ANC) material management.
Implement necessary systems at ANC for the compliance of material & inventory management.
Implement End-to-End material management measures (Government and Capital),: including FIFO adherence, material variances, cycle time optimization, scrap/obsolescence management, cycle/physical counting, and audits, etc., to ensure inventory accuracy and to mitigate stockouts or overstocking.
This includes the development & improvement of critical metrics.
Work with the onsite ANC team on the implementation of government material: management processes/procedures and onsite training.
What they're looking for
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to develop a team and systems/procedures effectively.
- Strong knowledge of AS9100 standards as well as knowledge of MMAS Systems,: Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 52.245-1 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Part 245.
- A proven ability to implement and maintain compliance systems.
- Experience supporting compliance audits, including internal assessments and: external reviews (e.g., DCMA and DCAA).
- Strong understanding of production rate, critical path analysis, and key warehouse fundamentals
- Proficient with computer use (standard browser, word processing applications) and ability to present data
- Reliable, organized and detail-oriented with excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards related to material management activities.
