What you'll do
Partner closely with engineering to understand and project supplier needs before they become blockers.
Develop a nuanced understanding of the power electronics, wire harnessing,: and mechanical supplier landscape to identify the best partners globally.
Build a robust purchasing process end to end, from quotation to supplier: qualification to sustained relationship development.
Make clear trade-off decisions across cost, volume, quality, and speed as Redwood's business dynamics shift.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners: to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and components.
Oversee inventory management, demand planning, and logistics to ensure: product availability and minimize lead times.
