Redwood is localizing a global battery supply chain that seamlessly integrates recovery, reuse, and recycling — keeping critical minerals in circulation and driving the energy transition. Founded in 2017, we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.

What you'll do

  • Partner closely with engineering to understand and project supplier needs before they become blockers.

  • Develop a nuanced understanding of the power electronics, wire harnessing,: and mechanical supplier landscape to identify the best partners globally.

  • Build a robust purchasing process end to end, from quotation to supplier: qualification to sustained relationship development.

  • Make clear trade-off decisions across cost, volume, quality, and speed as Redwood's business dynamics shift.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners: to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and components.

  • Oversee inventory management, demand planning, and logistics to ensure: product availability and minimize lead times.
