Lead daily routes and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time
Provide on-site estimates and confidently close sales
Deliver exceptional customer experiences on every job
Maintain clear internal and external communication with team members and customers
Serve as the first point of contact for team inquiries and real-time problem solving in the field
Train, coach, and support team members
