What you'll do
Serve as the primary point of contact for field identified quality issues across operating BESS assets
Lead structured investigations into recurring failures, abnormal trends, or: field incidents in collaboration with O&M and Service Engineering
Perform root cause analyses using established methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, fault tree analysis)
Develop and document clear problem statements supported by data, field evidence, and technical observations
Define, track, and verify corrective and preventive actions to address field quality issues
Verify effectiveness of corrective actions through follow-up inspections, audits, and data analysis
What they're looking for
- Support development and tracking of quality KPIs such as repeat failure: rates, defect trends, and corrective action closure
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational burden on O&M and improve system reliability
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
- + years of experience in field quality, reliability engineering, service: engineering, or commissioning support for complex electromechanical or energy systems
