What you'll do
Own end-to-end Salesforce solution design and delivery using Apex, Lightning: Web Components, Flows, and managed packages across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Build and operate integrations between Salesforce and internal platforms: using REST APIs, Platform Events, middleware, ETL tooling, and contracting systems (e.g., Ironclad)
Author technical design documents that account for security, data architecture, system limits, and scalability
Partner with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders (Sales,: Legal, Compliance, Institutional Ops) to translate requirements into technical designs and implementation plans
Drive engineering quality through code reviews, design reviews, on-call: rotations, root cause analysis, and documentation of patterns and runbooks
Mentor junior engineers on Salesforce engineering best practices, raising the: bar for the broader Salesforce ecosystem at Coinbase
What they're looking for
- + years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows,: security/sharing model, packaging, and release management) with demonstrated delivery of complex solutions in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
- Proven track record building and operating integrations between Salesforce: and external systems using REST APIs, Platform Events, middleware/automation platforms, and ETL tooling
- Experience writing technical design documents and presenting trade-off: analyses to cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Legal, Finance, and Engineering
- Solid foundation in software engineering fundamentals (testable: architectures, separation of concerns, performance/scalability patterns) applied within the Salesforce ecosystem
