The opportunity
We are seeking a high-performing Finance professional with a strong accounting foundation and a passion for AI, automation and finance transformation . This is a broad role spanning financial reporting, FP&A, business partnering, M&A and Finance transformation within a fast-paced FinTech / digital asset environment.
What you'll do
Manage financial and management reporting , cash flow, tax, GST, budgeting,: statutory accounts and reconciliations.
Support FP&A, forecasting, performance analysis and business partnering ,: providing insights to drive commercial decisions and cost optimisation.
Drive Finance transformation and automation , leveraging AI, GenAI, data and: technology to improve efficiency, controls and scalability.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes, automate manual work and improve Finance operating models .
Partner with Finance, Technology and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and corporate: governance , and liaise with auditors and external advisors.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy / Finance, ACCA or equivalent qualification: with 7+ years' relevant experience .
- Strong accounting, analytical, financial modelling and reconciliation skills.
- Experience in FP&A, consulting, M&A or Finance transformation is highly valued.
- Strong interest and practical experience in AI, automation, data analytics or financial systems .
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP / BI / workflow automation experience is a plus.
- Strong commercial acumen, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Curious, adaptable and comfortable challenging the status quo in a fast-paced environment.
