The opportunity

ElevenLabs is building out its core accounting function as we scale across multiple entities and geographies. As Financial Accounting, you will own key components of the monthly close – journal entries, account reconciliations, inter-company transactions, and financial reporting support.

What you'll do

What they're looking for

  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle close: journal entries, account reconciliations, flux analysis, and variance commentary
  • Solid working knowledge of US GAAP; experience in a pre-IPO, IPO-stage, or: public company environment strongly preferred
  • Exposure to building or contributing to internal controls and SOX-ready: accounting processes – not just operating within them
  • CPA, ACA, or ACCA qualification (active or actively in progress)
  • Proficiency with NetSuite or an equivalent ERP
  • Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
  • Familiarity with intercompany accounting, FX translation, and multi-entity consolidation
