What you'll do
Review and investigate suspected fraudulent alerts: both proactive and reactive — using multiple internal and external tools
Use data analysis techniques, critical thinking, and pattern detection to: identify emerging fraud trends and detection methodologies
Recognize and actively communicate emerging fraud trends and findings to relevant stakeholders
Document the rationale and determination for each alert and submit referrals: to other Robinhood teams where necessary
Occasionally communicate with customers regarding information on their: accounts related to an active fraud investigation
