• Define and implement Quality Inspection strategy and standards for Control Points.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workstation: layouts in alignment with Quality control standards and ergonomic best practices.
• Develop and implement comprehensive training plans for supervisors and: inspectors to ensure competency in inspection and control methods.
• Drive robust defect containment, escalation, and resolution processes,: ensuring issues are driven back to point of origin and involving manufacturing team in problem solving.
