  • Own and administer global mobility and immigration programs, policies, and: processes across supported countries and employee populations.

  • Serve as a subject-matter expert and primary point of contact for: immigration, international assignments, relocations, green cards, H-1B CAP, employee visa sponsorships, transfers, and other mobility-related matters.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify and scale global mobility and immigration: processes through AI and automation, including case intake, document collection, approvals, deadline tracking, and employee communications.
  • Partner with People, Recruiting, Legal, and People Analytics to design and: implement AI-supported workflows that reduce manual work and improve the employee experience.
  • Build and maintain clear policies, process guides, and self-service resources: so employees and internal partners can find reliable answers to common mobility and immigration questions.
  • Measure the impact of process improvements through case timelines, service: quality, and stakeholder feedback, while maintaining appropriate review of sensitive information and immigration decisions.
