What you'll do
Serve as a senior, trusted advisor to Sales leadership and cross-functional: stakeholders on the structuring and execution of complex, non-standard, and high-value deals
Independently evaluate and resolve non-standard deal requests, driving: cross-functional solutions across Sales, Finance, and Legal with minimal oversight
Review and approve key terms on quotes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with: pricing, revenue recognition, and operational guidelines
Ensure all transactions adhere to internal revenue recognition policies and: operational guidelines, escalating and resolving edge cases as needed
Lead the development and rollout of best practices and playbooks that: increase sales efficiency and shorten cycle times across the global team
Identify and implement opportunities to automate and streamline deal desk: workflows using AI and automation tools (e.g., AI-assisted contract review, quote generation, deal analytics), reducing manual effort and turnaround time
What they're looking for
- Business degree
- + years of experience (Deal Desk, Finance, Pricing or Sales Operations: experience required), software industry experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience independently leading cross-functional deal: structuring across sales, finance, and legal
- Strong financial and analytical skills, including advanced modeling and the: ability to translate complex deal terms into clear business recommendations
- Contract management and negotiation experience strongly preferred
- Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving process improvement in a high-growth environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to leadership
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing deadlines with minimal supervision
