The opportunity

The Role We are looking for an experienced Director, People Technology to lead the People Technology function at HelloFresh. This role is accountable for the strategy, operating model, delivery, stability and performance of our global People Technology landscape.

What they're looking for

  • Partner with People leaders to identify, prioritise and deliver responsible: AI-enabled solutions for People function customers.
  • Establish appropriate governance for AI use across People Technology,: including risk, data protection, adoption, measurement and change management.
  • Set priorities for major initiatives, balancing delivery ambition,: operational risk, capacity and long-term platform health.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for complex delivery, operational, vendor or system-risk issues.
