What you'll do
Guide planning and resource management across multiple verticals of Starlink: for product and change management, including development of business models.
Identify initiatives for improvement of Starlink's business outlook,: including developing, tracking, and executing business initiatives with Starlink's leadership.
Identify and lead implementation of process and system enhancements to: improve handoffs and execution across various teams, evolve the customer experience, or scale the business while balancing resources.
Collaborate and partner with cross functional teams to build a strong network: across departments and external resources to ensure product compliance.
Define processes and build tooling to support the expansion of resources: while maintaining or reducing risks and remediating gaps in change management workflows.
Work with stakeholders to improve value streams and operation efficiencies: for broader company impact and the scaling of systemic updates.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, economics, or finance.
- + years of experience in operations/process improvements.
- + years of experience with Excel, SQL, and Python.
- Demonstrated success working in an environment with competing priorities and aggressive schedules.
