What you'll do
Own the end-to-end delivery of large-scale growth programmes, including: campaign planning, managing project plans, stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking
Manage product and feature launches from brief to activation, building: messaging frameworks and coordinating across marketing channels
Analyse campaign and channel performance: including payback monitoring, attribution, and customer lifetime value - and turn insights into clear recommendations
Support the Direct Mail channel for Lending, from campaign execution through: to commercial performance reporting
Coordinate with GTM teams (CRM, Performance Marketing, Sales) to align on execution and keep programmes moving
Contribute to building AI-enhanced workflows and launch playbooks to help the team scale more efficiently
