What you'll do
Research and report on our current performance in search, agents, and LLM: chat to inform where our content needs to be improved or added to.
Engineer content across our owned assets to drive both conventional search: (SEO) as well as agentic search (AEO).
Build standalone app examples to clarify for both new users and LLMs what can: be done on Railway and how Railway works.
Make our documentation and blog into top-ranked assets, including writing: guides and refining our site architecture.
Own our technical site performance end-to-end, improving our searchability.
Strong and clear communication style, particularly in writing
What they're looking for
- Ability to analyze data in AEO tools (like Gauge) and user trends to impact: what you write about, and measure the results of your work.
- A enthusiast about our product, Railway uses Railway to build Railway. (Say: that 5 times fast) You should be able to share insights with developers of all stripes to let them know how our product can help them
- A great sense of direction and prioritization when it comes to dealing with: the ambiguity of an early stage startup
- Someone who is comfortable in a few different languages/stacks and can create: educational content on how to deploy those projects on a public cloud (the status quo) or Railway (the thing we hope to be better than the status quo)
