Job Description As our Growth Development Manager at Youfoodz , you will play a pivotal role in shaping our future growth. Reporting directly to the Director of Product and Growth at our Chippendale office in Sydney , you will lead the identification, testing, and scaling of our next major business horizons.

What they're looking for

• Analyse quantitative data, gather consumer research, build models, and: aggregate insights to drive key business decisions
• Effectively manage resources needed to deliver profitable growth while scaling new business opportunities
• Be responsible for new revenue outside of the core, direct-to-consumer: business model by launching and scaling new channels to increase target addressable market (TAM) and grow incremental revenue
• Own the P&L and drive financial performance by proactively identifying: revenue growth levers, optimising marketing spend allocation, and rigorously uncovering cost-saving opportunities to ensure long-term profitability
