What they're looking for
- + years of combined experience across manufacturing operations and: consulting, including at least 3–4 years at the Engagement Manager / Associate Partner level (or equivalent) in a top consultancy
- Manufacturing operator experience, in a role like project/program management,: engineering, or operations, including managing a portfolio of continuous-improvement projects — this is what lets you spot the use cases where Miro can actually win
- Manufacturing-consulting bilingualism: credible in a plant-floor conversation about a production line and a boardroom conversation about ROI and deal structuring, in the same day
- Seniority to match the room: you've independently owned relationships with VPs and above, at the level of an Engagement Manager or Associate Partner in a top consultancy, so the earliest pipeline doesn't need someone more senior alongside you
