The opportunity

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end consolidation of Lambda's financial statements across all: legal entities, including intercompany eliminations, foreign currency, minority interest, and topside/consolidating journal entries.

  • Serve as the business process owner for NetSuite as it relates to: consolidations, intercompany accounting, and multi-entity/multi-book structure — partnering with Financial Systems on configuration, enhancements, and new entity onboarding.

  • Design, document, and continuously improve the intercompany accounting: policy, including transfer pricing agreements, intercompany billing/settlement mechanics, and reconciliation and dispute-resolution workflows between entities.

  • Partner with Tax team to support intercompany transfer pricing policies and ongoing settlements

  • Act as the interface between Accounting Operations, Technical Accounting, and: Financial Systems to ensure consolidation requirements are reflected in system design, close calendars, and process changes.

  • Own coordination of the accounting close calendar as it relates to: consolidation activities, driving adherence to deadlines across corporate and subsidiary teams.

What they're looking for

  • Lead process and system design for consolidations as Lambda adds new entities, currencies, and business lines.
  • Serve as SOX control owner for consolidation: and intercompany-related controls; ensure controls are properly designed, evidenced, and operating effectively, and partner with Internal Audit and external auditors on testing.
  • Partner with Technical Accounting on the accounting treatment for new entity: structures, acquisitions, equity investments, non-controlling interests, and other consolidation-impacting transactions.
  • Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, elimination entries,: and supporting consolidation schedules for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
