- Set the vision and build the team. Partner with the Head of Corporate: Accounting on strategic direction for the pillar, and build out the consolidation and intercompany team to run efficiently and consistently.
- Personal, end-to-end ownership of a multi-entity, multi-currency: consolidation close in a system of record, at real entity scale.
- Demonstrated experience building a repeatable intercompany framework from: scratch — not maintaining an inherited one.
- Track record of building structure where none existed; comfortable operating: lean and resolving ambiguity into sources of truth.
