What you'll do
Build, scale, and lead a team of Program Managers responsible for cost,: schedule, and contractual performance across the EW portfolio
Centralize and standardize the tools, processes, and operating rhythms that: allow PMs to execute across their programs
Ensure milestone delivery, CDRLs, reviews, and status reporting meet or: exceed customer, and Anduril, expectations across all active programs
Establish standards and teach, coach, mentor a team of PMs what "good" looks like.
Orchestrate risks, dependencies, governance, and delivery planning across concurrent initiatives
Collaborate with growth and cross-functional leadership to drive program outcomes and expand program scope
What they're looking for
- Communication. You are an excellent executive communicator and provide: business line leadership with clear and concise portfolio-level observations and insights
- + years in program management, mission operations, or related leadership: roles in defense or aerospace, with at least 5 leading a multi-program PM organization
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to: distill cost, schedule, and contractual performance into clear, actionable insights for both internal leadership and external customers
- Experience building and scaling PM organizations: hiring, structuring, and developing teams of program professionals
