What you'll do
Build and maintain the integrated schedule model across programs, resources, and work centers.
Integrate frequent changes to routings, resources, capacity, and priorities into the model.
Sequence and prioritize jobs against finite capacity constraints.
Identify schedule conflicts, infeasible sequences, and capacity shortfalls, with cause.
Track schedule adherence and report variance.
Resequence work within authorized limits as conditions change.
What they're looking for
- Direct experience in maritime, naval, or aerospace defense, with knowledge of NAVSEA or MIL-SPEC standards.
- Experience with MES and ERP systems for production and material planning: working with JIRA, Siemens NX, Teamcenter (PLM), or Oracle or equivalents.
- Aurora scheduling system experience preferred.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Technical foundation in mechanical assembly, electrical integration, heavy: metal or composite fabrication, or shipbuilding or large vehicle production.
