  • Take the lead on site-level projects (transitions, WMS developments, process: redesigns) when the business needs someone who can both think and execute
  • Proven experience managing warehouse or logistics operations at scale: you've been accountable for real volume and know what it takes to keep a high-throughput site running ⭐
  • Strong people leadership: you build teams, not just headcounts, and you're comfortable setting high standards and having honest conversations ⭐
  • Hands-on familiarity with a Warehouse Management System: you know how to get the most out of it and where its blind spots are
