What you'll do
Aides Supervisor with oversite of the operations of a heavy equipment or: specialized function; plans, lays out, assigns, and supervises the work of operators.
Inspects work performed by equipment operator workers, and helpers to ensure: compliance with established standards
Maintains accurate work records and related documents; writes accurate and: complete work reports for management use; helps to resolve operational problems
Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround: times, helps to streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.
Trains and monitors Operators, Truck Drivers and GMWs in the operations of the Heavy Equipment Team.
Completes all training within required timeline.

The employee is frequently required to stand, talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
