The Logistics team keeps materials, equipment, and vehicles moving safely and efficiently across Lucid’s manufacturing and support network. The team partners with Production, Engineering, Warehousing, Testing, and supplier-facing groups to maintain reliable material flow and minimize operational disruption.

  • Transportation Execution: Complete scheduled and on-demand moves between company facilities and external locations, ensuring materials, equipment, battery packs, vehicles, and other company assets arrive safely and on time.

  • Service Performance: Monitor and report request progress, constraints, service-level adherence, ticket aging, backlog, and time-to-resolution trends, and recommend corrective actions when performance is at risk.

  • Safety Compliance: Make go/no-go decisions based on shipment readiness, load securement, vehicle condition, route conditions, and regulatory requirements, and stop or escalate work when safe execution cannot be assured.

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Provide clear status updates, estimated arrival times, route changes, and delivery risks to Logistics leadership and internal customers so they can make informed operating decisions.

  • Asset Protection: Oversee safe loading, handling, transport, and unloading practices and drive resolution of issues that could result in damage, loss, or operational disruption.
