What you'll do

  • Provide strategic leadership for the organization's Workday platform,: ensuring alignment with HR and business priorities.

  • Lead, coach, and develop the HR Systems team responsible for Workday: administration, configuration, enhancements, and end-user support.

  • Oversee the intake, prioritization, and resolution of HR systems support: tickets while maintaining service level expectations.

  • Manage the planning, testing, and deployment of Workday biannual releases,: new functionality, and system enhancements.

  • Oversee Workday security roles, business processes, integrations, and reporting capabilities.

  • Lead system implementation projects, upgrades, and process improvement: initiatives from planning through execution.
