What you'll do

  • Lead the installation of residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers

  • Mentor and work alongside installation team members for safe, efficient, high-quality installs

  • Maintain clean, organized job sites while delivering exceptional customer service

  • Ensure all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specs, and applicable codes

  • HVAC license/certification as required in MD and/or VA

  • + years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred

  • This position requires regular operation of a company vehicle. Candidates: must possess a valid driver's license and meet all company motor vehicle insurance requirements to be authorized to operate a company vehicle.
