What you'll do
Organize and facilitate customer meetings by managing agendas, capturing: notes, tracking action items, and setting clear expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Support customers in understanding their business needs and configuring Brex: to address them, translating basic requirements into product configurations with guidance.
Manage straightforward stakeholder communication and assist with timelines: and deliverables to keep implementations on track.
Assist with spend migrations and support end user adoption during deployment,: helping customers feel confident and prepared for go-live.
Introduce integration concepts to customers, provide relevant guides for: connecting Brex with external systems, and engage Technical Consultants for more complex integration or troubleshooting needs.
Coordinate handoffs between AE/CSE and CSM, providing basic documentation to: ensure continuity of the client relationship.
What they're looking for
- Deliver standard change management templates to customers in preparation for: go-live, and lead training sessions with supervision as needed.
- Collaborate within the Implementation team and contribute feedback on the: client experience when asked, supporting process improvements over time.
- + years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a SaaS: organization or a consulting firm that delivers SaaS services.
- Some exposure to project coordination or structured implementation work.
