The opportunity

We’re hiring Infrastructure Engineers to build the platform every ElevenLabs team ships on. From the GPU clusters that train and serve our models to the cloud platform our product teams build on, you’ll own the infrastructure that millions of users and thousands of businesses depend on.

What you'll do

  • ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer: experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.

  • ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech,: music, image, and video across 70+ languages.

  • ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.

What they're looking for

  • Deep, hands-on experience running Kubernetes in production at scale.
  • Strong experience with GCP, including designing, building and migrating cloud: infrastructure end to end as an individual contributor.
  • Strong Python and/or Golang skills and a habit of solving infrastructure problems with code and automation.
  • Experience operating stateful systems (databases, observability stacks) on behalf of other engineering teams.
  • Solid fundamentals in infrastructure as code (Terraform, ArgoCD), IAM: management, and the pragmatism to prioritise what matters in a fast-moving environment.
