- Review and optimise existing user integrations, providing recommendations to: improve performance, reliability, and efficiency
- Build tools and analytics—including dashboards, queries, and custom data: reports—to support user business reviews and operational needs
- Develop reusable processes and shared knowledge to enable the broader Professional Services team
