The opportunity

DESIGN PROJECT COORDINATOR - Property Management *This is not a remote position, requirement is to be local to Richmond and working a hybrid role. General Responsibilities: The Design Project Coordinator will report to the Design Project Manager.

  • Assist with reviewing Contractor proposals for scope of work and cost reasonableness.
  • Facilitate communications among the Property Manager, the Leasing Team, the: Contractors, Design Project Manager and the Construction Program Director.
  • Seek timely resolution of work matters.
  • Be responsible for the daily administration of their projects.
