About the Team The International Strategy & Operations team supports the growth and management of OpenAI’s business outside the United States. We work across products, markets, and functions to ensure our technology reaches and benefits users and customers around the world.
What they're looking for
- Build repeatable programs. Develop the frameworks, planning processes, and: operating rhythms that help international teams scale effectively as the business grows.
- Have 10–15 years of experience in business operations, strategy,: international growth, corporate strategy, or other highly analytical operating roles.
- Have a proven track record of taking large, ambiguous business problems from: initial diagnosis through strategy, execution, and measurable results.
- Are highly analytical and comfortable using business performance data, market: research, and customer insights to answer complex questions and shape strategic decisions.
