The opportunity

Location: Appleton, WI (or Project/Shop-Based as Applicable) Employment Type: Full-Time Travel: Minimal Local Travel Required

What you'll do

  • Receive, inspect, stock, organize, and distribute inventory items supporting: prefabrication and field construction activities.

  • Maintain inventory records and enter inventory transactions into company software systems.

  • Conduct inventory counts, audits, reconciliations, and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

  • Communicate regularly with project leaders and field personnel to understand: inventory and material support needs.

  • Track and enter job cost data into company systems on a daily basis.

  • Assist purchasing personnel with vendor quotations, material sourcing activities, and procurement support.

  • Coordinate shipping and receiving activities while ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
  • Maintain relationships with critical vendors and suppliers.
  • Compile, organize, and maintain product information, documentation, and supporting records.
  • Help optimize inventory levels while minimizing material shortages and excess inventory.
