What you'll do
Build small electrical sub-assemblies by following work instructions: precisely to ensure compliance with quality standards .
Perform optic assembly processes, including epoxy application, UV curing, and oven curing.
Fiber optic splicing and fiber routing.
Operate complex automated equipment, including maintenance and some troubleshooting with Engineering guidance.
Ensure lab equipment is maintained and calibrated, track calibration schedules.
Work effectively in a clean room environment, strictly adhering to all cleanliness protocols.
What they're looking for
- Perform test setups as needed to support developments across several test regimes.
- Manage schedule priorities and independently executing work to meet company deliverables.
- High school degree or equivalency certificate.
- + years of hands on work experience.
