What you'll do

  • Perform assigned technical tasks to written work instructions, procedures,: and safety standards in a high-volume manufacturing environment

  • Execute startup and shutdown procedures and operate production equipment;: monitor process conditions and control systems

  • Perform first-level troubleshooting on production equipment and tooling;: provide feedback and work with maintenance and engineering teams to drive root cause of downtime

  • Use hand and power tools, precision measurement instruments (calipers,: micrometers), and common test equipment for calibration, inspection, and basic repair

  • Read and interpret work instructions, mechanical/electrical/pneumatic schematics, drawings, and parts lists

  • Read and safely execute lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) procedures and follow all Job: Hazard Analyses (JHAs) for the assigned area

What they're looking for

  • Handle production and flight hardware correctly to prevent damage; perform: quality inspections and identify defects and non-conformities
  • Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment and instruments;: track schedule and maintain inventory of consumables
  • Record work accurately in Warp, Factory Manual, and related manufacturing: systems (travelers, tickets, work orders, logs)
  • Support root cause analysis (e.g. 5-Why) for quality and process issues and: implement corrective actions to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
